        A source close to the investigation said Hinkle does not face murder charges because he may have been attacked and likely acted in self-defense. The case has been referred to the Prince George's County state's attorney's office.

      KYREE EFREM SIMMS (Sherd) On Friday, March 24, 2011. Kyree is survived by his parents, Kecia Simms and Efrem Powell; sister, LaQueda Tate; devoted friend, Mikel Downs; and a host of relatives and friends. He was eagerly anticipating the birth of his daughter, Kyien Mekka Simms. Visitation will be on Monday, April 4, 2011 from 9 a.m. until time of service, 11 a.m. at Park Road Community Church, 1019 Park Road, N.W. Interment National Harmony Memorial Park.
