James Goldsberry and James Myers, Jr. Get 50 Years Each in Prison
James Goldsberry, 23, of Forrest Heights, and James Myers, Jr., 19, of District Heights, were sentenced to 50 years a piece for being guilty of one count of second degree murder, one count of conspiracy to commit second degree murder, one count of attempted robbery with a deadly weapon and one count of use of a handgun in a crime of violence.
Myers shot Vincent Chamberlain, 38, once in the head before he fled to a car followed by Goldsberry. Shortly thereafter, the witness received threatening phone calls from Defendant Goldsberry.
