Ramsey Nolan Bush, 24, of Oxon Hill, was sentenced to life in prison plus 20 years to be served consecutively. The defendant was convicted for the murder of his former friend, Jermale Ronald Mitchell, 23, also of Oxon Hill, over a $25 debt. Bush was found guilty of First Degree Murder and the Use of a Handgun in the Commission of a Crime of Violence.
