A Prince George's County police officer pepper-sprayed an unresisting man, hit him with his fists and his metal police baton, threw him down a flight of stairs, then fatally shot him, according to witnesses who testified Thursday at a civil trial against the officer. Why in the effing world is the pig Jackson being tried in a CIVIL court? 2nd degree murder is a CRIMINAL issue, not some civil infraction. Two things need to happen here:
ReplyDelete1.The Dept. of Justice needs to take up this case and prosecute this filth for 2nd degree murder.
2.The state's attorney Angela Alsobrooks needs to be disbarred by the A.B.A. because obviously anyone who can't tell the difference between murder and a civil infraction has no business arguing a case before traffic court.
