    WILLIAM H. GWALTNEY On Wednesday, July 28, 2010. Loving son of Ruby Y. Cooper. Also survived by four sisters, Katina Parker, Vicki Croaker, Darlene Ricks and Loretta Diggs; two brothers, Biko and Jamar Gwaltney; other relatives and friends. Mr. Gwaltney will lie in state at Dupont Park Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 3985 Massachusetts Ave. S.E. on Friday, August 6 from 11 a.m. until time of service at 12 noon. Elder Donald Ross, officiating. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Services by STEWART.
