    On Saturday, April 16, 2011; loving son of Amanda M. Smith Jones and the late Charles O. Smith, Sr.; beloved brother of Myisha, Michelle, Tamar, Jade and Andre; a host of other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Monday, April 25, from 10 a.m. until time of Service 11 a.m. at Jericho City of Praise, 8501 Jericho City and Bishop Peebles Dr., Landover, MD.       1. My son was not under arrest, he didn't commit any crime. They had no right to chase him down and treat him like a criminal, he had no criminal record he was good man. He was not vilolent, whatever happen I didn't wittness but I know they took it to that level that cause my son to lose his life. If it wasn't for those 2 policemen my son would be alive, they do not deserve to serve the public. They kilt an innocent man, who only needed better medical attention. If they couldn't get that from him they should have left him alone. Policemen need to stop treating people with mental illness like their criminals because they are not.
