  My PGPD source says DC 1-D Vice Detective Richmond Phillips charged in TempleHills double homicide. Victims: Wynetta Wright, 1 y o Jaylin. My PGPD source: 1 yr old girl left to die in hot car. Autopsies on mother/daughter to be done today. Baby found not far from mother's body.  PGPD source tells me Phillips had paternity hearing Tues re: Jaylin. Phillips married w/children. Victim Wynetta Wright was 20 yrs old.
